Psychotherapy sessions are 50 minutes in duration with longer sessions available at pro-rated fees.

My fee as a Registered Psychotherapist is $280 per session.

If my standard fee is a barrier, I have limited availability for sessions at a reduced fee. Please enquire about availability for reduced fee sessions prior to beginning therapy.

I charge full fee for less than 24 hours notice of cancellation of a session.

Relational psychotherapy is most effective when sessions are held on a weekly basis. Alternative scheduling requests should be discussed prior to the first session.

I accept payments by cash, cheque, Visa or Mastercard at the time of the session.
